Remove the lady on the splash screen

Please just remove the lady with the butterflies. It is meaningless and somewhat distasteful. A nice 3D logo or something would just get you more users, seriously!

And also change the tagline "the free webmail you've been waiting for," it sounds like you're selling two for one milk cartons. We know it's free, and we like that, but it doesn't need to be emphasized this much.

I like the second line, though "Advance. Savvy. Different." Maybe you should bump that up to the headline.
