Fix Brainstorm so the next page opens at the top of the page

When scrolling through pages the pages do not return to the top. For example, when I go from page 1 to page 2, page 2 opens at the bottom by the page numbers instead of at the top. This makes it awkward since you have to scroll to the top to read the messages and then back down to the bottom to change the page.
No Duplicates
I'm looking through this section for the first time and while doing so, I ran into the problem of when scrolling through the pages, the new pages open up at the bottom. I see now that this section states that the implementation of new pages beginning at the top of the pages have been implemented...BUT...it is not working for me: the new page still opens up at the bottom of a page

we apologise for any misunderstandings since we accidently moved this proposal into the implemented ideas section. As you can see we have moved it back to where it belongs, the development stage. We are currently working on this issue.

When paging back, it should also return to where I was instead of some other random place.
I agree with that. It would be better, especially not appearing in random places.
