Receive emails ONLY from senders in address book

Hello
I want to receive emails only from senders, which are in my address book. The rest should be marked read and moved to another folder or deleted etc. I know that basically I could add a filter for each sender, but later on there might be several hundred filters for that purpose....not optimal. We need something like "condition: sender is not in adress book" and then the required action (delete, mark read etc). Thanks for your help ! Oli [....] |

clear spam from POP3

Hi - when I get a notification of new mailing in my SPAM folder I'd like to be able to delete all the spam direct from my POP3 mail inbox rather than looging in to gmx.com. A simple button to click on the notification message would do it! [....]

I think it is useful when a user moves a message out of the spam box, except trash through an imap client the email should be considered automatic no spam by the system like we had hit the no spam button. [....]

Permanently delete

Add a feature in File Storage to avoid sending files to Trash when deleting.
Maybe making a key combination like Shift+Del like in Windows or - even better, in my opinion - an option in the Settings. This way when using File Storage through WebDav I won't have to go to the "Trash" folder every time I delete a file for permanently deleting it. By the way, if using WebDav, you *move* a file to your computer a copy will be sent to the Trash because the system "thinks" it was deleted! [....] |

it would be great if SMTP worked correctly.
Since I switch from gmail to gmx, my mailing-lists e-mails can take up to 6H to arrive (I double checked w/ 2 MLs admins). [....] |
