Iron Mike came out of retirement last year for an exhibition bout against Roy Jones Jr and has now set his sights on further bouts with Holyfield and Lewis.
Tyson lost to both fighters earlier on in his career but believes that the rematches will generate a huge amount of attention, while also hinting that he would be up for a contest against Tyson Fury.
Speaking on his Hotboxin' podcast, Tyson said: "I want Holyfield and I want Lennox Lewis this year.
"I want both of them, I think I can get them both this year ... else if I box an exhibition with Tyson Fury. If I do that — even if I can get those two guys, I’ll say this is a wrap, I can go and live my life. And that’s just exhibitions. I’m going to break all my true records with exhibitions."
The trilogy fight between Tyson and Holyfield has long been speculated and the former recently suggested that the bout will take place in the "near future".
He said: "I see that happening in the near future, me and Holyfield.
"Only thing we have to do is get some small fundamental differences [resolved], get some paperwork done and then it’s on to the races with me and Evander ... I just want everybody to know the fight is on with me and Holyfield. Holyfield’s a humble man, I know that, and he’s a man of God ... but I’m God’s man and listen, I’m going to be successful May 29."
