Recent results have boosted morale in the Boro camp and Forshaw admits that could be vital as they prepare for a difficult month.
Aitor Karanka's men head to Manchester City this Saturday, before taking on Chelsea at the Riverside following the international break, rounding off November with a trip to champions Leicester.
Forshaw believes the north-east outfit have now found their feet in the Premier League and is excited for Boro to put themselves to the test this month.
“We are really scrapping for points every week and I think we have thoroughly deserved what we’ve got in the last few games," he told the Gazette.
“But it doesn’t get any easier. Everyone knows that on paper we have a very tough November - but then on paper we had a tough game last week at Arsenal but we went there and got a point and maybe could have won it.
“We can only take confidence from that and getting the first home win against Bournemouth and hopefully keep building on it.
“Those four points from two games make the league table look that bit better and obviously there is a boost of belief that comes with that and that’s important - but we always knew we were a good team."
