People using a Samsung Galaxy Watch or Google Pixel Watch can install the latest version of the music streamer app on the Play Store, which will include a new graphic design and useful tap gestures.
In an email to TechRadar, the Spotify said the new Wear OS features are "redesigned to be more intuitive, more discoverable” while bringing “the best of Spotify to your watch".
This includes a new Now Playing screen showing creator art behind the current playing track and playback controls.
From here, you can view and swap around your music queue, as well as control audio output.
If you swipe from top to bottom, you'll be shown a fresh "immersive view", which shows the creator art without any obstructions from the pause and play icons.
To get to the main Spotify Home page, simple swipe up on the Now Playing Screen, and you'll have access to recent Playlists, podcasts and artists, plus Liked Songs, Downloads and more.
Another welcomed addition is the search function, which lets you look up a song to add it to the queue.
You can easily use your finger to pause, play and skip through songs, and use tap gestures to control playback, with one tap pausing and playing, while two will skip to the next track.
