The 20-year-old social media star-turned-boxer - whose real name is Rashed Belhasa - has issued a warning to the legendary fighter.
He said: “I grew up with lions - I am not scared of any human being.”
After setting his sights on a sporting career, Money Kicks - who has over 2.6 million YouTube subscribers - admitted he "never thought" his boxing dreams would lead to a bout with Mayweather.
Talking to Sky Sports News, Money Kicks said: "I will never fear any human.
"I never thought I would ever fight Floyd. He is the best fighter ever. When I was young, I would collect his 'The Money Team' caps!
"Mayweather's team asked my team for a meeting. We thought: 'No way will this happen!'
"The same day of the meeting, I saw Mayweather saying, 'I would love to fight Rashed'.
"He is serious.
"It is an honour that he has called me out.
"I thought: 'This will go viral!'"
Mayweather, who has been in negotiations to return to the ring next month, just days before his 45th birthday, will be taking on the internet personality on the helipad at the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah hotel in Dubai, if it goes ahead.
Speaking about the potential fight, Mayweather added: "Money Kicks is doing big things and I like what I am seeing."
