The sportsmen passed away in a car crash in Spain last month and now Gondomar SC have shared their designs for the 2025-26 kit, which features an imprinted image of Diogo and Andre on the front, and their names underneath an infinity symbol on the back.
The boyhood club of Diogo Jota and Andre Silva have dedicated their kit for the 2025-26 season to the two brothers.
The side wrote on Facebook: "Our new jersey brings in the great image of Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva, two sons of Gondomar who left us too soon, but who will live forever in the history of our club and our football.
"Every time our athletes put on this jersey, it's like stepping on the field with them."
The fourth tier side - who named their academy after the Portugal and Liverpool striker in 2022 - branded the new kit a "tribute eternal".
They added: "More than a jersey, a tribute eternal.
"Because football is more than victories and goals, it's legacy, it's family, it's love for our land."
Liverpool have retired their number 20 shirt in tribute to Jota, and a Forever 20 emblem will be printed on players' shirts next season.
Meanwhile, James Milner is swapping his number 6 jersey for number 20 at Brighton in honour of his late friend and former teammate.
After Carlos Baleba decided to switch from number 20 to 17, James was free to make a change too.
He said in a post shared on his team's X account: "Once I heard Carlos was looking to change his number and 20 was available, I wanted to do it as a mark of respect and pay tribute to Diogo Jota.
"He was an amazing player who I was fortunate to play with and a great friend as well.
"It will be a great honour to wear his number in the Premier League this year."
