Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn both make weight for rematch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn have both made weight for their rematch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The fighters, aged 36 and 29 respectively, hit 11st 5lb (72kg) at a closed-doors weigh-in, meeting the agreed limit ahead of the second instalment of a rivalry that has centred as much on weight clauses as on boxing.

Their rematch on Saturday (15.11.25) follows the bout in April in which Eubank missed the middleweight limit by 0.05lb, resulting in a £375,000 fine.

He did, however, go on to claim a points victory over Benn in that fight.

Both men are once again subject to a rehydration clause that prevents them from weighing more than 12st 1lb (77kg) on Saturday morning.

A ceremonial public weigh-in will also take place at York Hall on Friday (14.11.25) evening.

As was the case in April, neither fighter may put on more than 10lb between Friday’s official weigh-in and Saturday morning. Benn’s team believe the clause makes the contest fairer, with Benn stepping up two divisions to meet Eubank.

The disparity in their natural weights has been a consistent topic throughout the build-up to both bouts.

Eubank, who made the limit cleanly this time, previously missed the 11st 6lb middleweight mark by a fraction in April, though he came in under the rehydration threshold the following day.

Fighters typically reduce body fat across a training camp to approach the contracted weight.

In the final hours before the weigh-in, many then rely on dehydration to shed the last pounds, allowing them to rehydrate with food and fluids once the scales are passed.

Eubank said he normally gains around 14lb after a weigh-in.

Known for his sharp style, strong chin and high-profile fights, Eubank Jr turned professional in 2011.

He has competed at middleweight and super-middleweight, winning titles including the WBA interim middleweight belt and the IBO super-middleweight title.

Eubank has also faced leading names such as Billy Joe Saunders, George Groves and Liam Smith and is recognised for his disciplined training approach and his determination to step into big-ticket bouts.
