The Gypsy King will take on the veteran in a warm-up bout for his long-awaited fight against Anthony Joshua, 24 hours before his rival makes a return to the ring against Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia.
Fury, who will fight at the Max Muay Thai Stadium in Pattaya, said: "2026 is a landmark year for me in boxing and I'm excited to be able to bring this event to Pattaya, a part of the world that is special to me.
"We're coming together to put on a great show for the fans, while using the opportunity to give back to the local community, who have been so good to me every time I have visited.
"At the same time, I'm fully focused on preparing for a tough opponent and making sure I'm the best version of Tyson Fury going into fight night.
"It's the start of a huge second half of the year for me."
Fury's promoter Frank Warren hailed the return of a "global superstar" and is convinced that his fighter will deliver a "vintage performance" for the Thai crowd.
He said: "Boxing is a better place with Tyson Fury in it, so it's fantastic to have him back in action on July 24.
"Tyson is in great shape and completely focused on putting on a show against Mariusz Wach.
"He's a true global superstar and I've no doubt the fans will pack the place out in Thailand to watch a vintage performance from the Gypsy King."
Warren recently denied that the Fury v Joshua fight was at risk of collapse as a date and venue is still yet to be announced.
The Queensberry promoter said: "It's on, the fight is on - unless either of them get beaten in these two fights, they're going to have the fight is on, no problems.
"The one thing is they've both signed up for a fight. AJ's got his fight in July, and Tyson I believe will have a [warm-up] fight, I don't know where it will be yet or the date for it and once they're out the way their fight will go late autumn.
"I don't see any problems in getting this fight on. Everybody will be satisfied. Let them get their respective fights out the way - once that's done, then there will be an announcement."
