Next up is the visit of Southampton, who have hopes of a top-10 finish, and Maguire says they have to stop the rot even if that means just picking up a point.
"We just need that little bit of momentum," said Maguire. "Whether that's one point or three, we just need to get something on the board because everyone else around us is doing that.
"I feel like we've not performed at home since the Man United game so we've got to be better no matter what formation the gaffer decides to go with, whether that's more attacking or not.
"He'll come up with a game plan and if we can execute it as well as we did in parts against Watford, including that little bit more quality in the final third, then I'm sure we can get something."
