The midfielder is due to fall out of contract at the end of the season, but the Reds are no nearer to agreeing a new one with the German, who will be free to talk to rivals clubs when the transfer window opens again in January.
Liverpool are still hopeful he will stay, but while there is the opportunity to sign for a club like Juventus, there is a danger Can star could decide to opt for a fresh challenge away from Anfield.
"It's always an honour to receive an offer from such a renowned club, but currently I am only focused on the season with Liverpool," Can told Kicker. "My agent takes care of the rest.
"The Premier League is just a really cool league, the most interesting in the world, but you must respect other big clubs and leagues. You never know what will happen. And I don't know what [Liverpool manager] Jurgen Klopp plans."
