Ki Sung-yueng committed to Swans cause

Ki Sung-yueng is adamant he has no plans to leave Swansea City and is committed to seeing the club avoid the drop this season.

The South Korean international has been linked with a move away from the Swans this month, with fellow Premier League outfit West Ham thought to be interested in the 29-year-old's services.

However Ki, who helped Swansea secure a 3-1 victory over Arsenal on Tuesday night to take them out of the relegation zone, has stated he is happy at the Liberty and has no plans to make the switch to the Hammers.

"I have already said my concentration is to survive in the league here and we are starting to play better," he said. "I want to be here and if Swansea want me to stay here, then I can help this team stay in the Premier League.

"It is a difficult time but I don't think I am going to leave. I don't need to move. I don't think West Ham are better than us.

"We are fighting with them to avoid relegation, so I think I want to play with my team-mates."
