African ace linked with Wolves move
Boss Nuno Espirito Santo is looking to bolster his attack during the close season and reports in the French publication L'Equipe claim that Bahoken is a target. The Cameroon international has an eye for goal playing as an out-and-out striker, but he can also play on the wing, and has caught the eye of Wolves scouts with his performances. Bahoken is under contract with Angers until 2022, but he is unlikely to see it out as interest in his services starts to hot up. The 27-year-old is currently in Egypt, where he is playing for Cameroon at the African Cup of Nations, and the reports suggest that Wolves will hold talks with Angers out there. A fee has not been mentioned as yet, but it is claimed that Angers will not stand in the player's way if a deal can be agreed. Wolves could face competition Premier League rivals Leicester City, who are also said to be keen.
