The future of the Brazilian remains very much up in the air with the transfer deadline on September 2 fast approaching but now at least it looks as though a deal could happen.
A host of clubs including Real Madrid and Juventus have been linked, but Barca are now in the box seat and a delegation from the club arrived in Paris on Tuesday to hammer out a deal.
Spanish football expert Guillem Balague is reporting that the talks between the two clubs were positive, but there is still a lot to do to get the move over the line.
PSG paid Barca £200million to sign Neymar back in 2017, but will not recoup all they paid in this transfer.
Barca are ready to pay £31million to take Neymar on a season-long loan deal, before completing a permanent deal worth £153million.
Meanwhile, Neymar's camp are also said to be optimistic a deal will happen before Monday.
