The Surrey theme park returns with 24 attractions, offering everything from record-breaking roller coasters to family-friendly rides and water-based adventures. New for 2026 is The Launch Pad, the park’s first-ever ‘recharge for thrills’ zone, set to open later this spring. Located on part of the former Amity Beach area, the space will give visitors a place to relax, refuel and socialise before heading back into the action.
Thrill-seekers can take on the park’s iconic Big 6 coasters, led by Hyperia, the UK’s tallest, fastest and most weightless roller coaster. Standing at 236ft and reaching speeds of 81mph, it delivers high-speed airtime moments. The line-up also includes Stealth, launching riders from 0-80mph in under two seconds, THE SWARM, SAW – The Ride, Nemesis Inferno and Colossus, which together feature 25 inversions.
Families are also catered for, with attractions such as Flying Fish, Zodiac and Quantum, alongside classic rides including Rush and Samurai. Water rides including Tidal Wave, Storm Surge and Depth Charge offer a chance to cool off during warmer days.
Later in the year, the park will celebrate 25 years of its Halloween event, Fright Nights®, bringing scare mazes, immersive zones and live entertainment, along with the chance to experience rides in the dark.
Guests can extend their visit with a stay at the on-site Shark Cabins, while annual passes provide access throughout the season. Thorpe Park will operate until 1 November 2026. Find out more at thorpepark.com.
