John Fury expecting easy victory for son Tommy against Jake Paul

John Fury expects an easy night's work for his son Tommy against Jake Paul.

The former 'Love Island' contestant is looking to settle scores against the YouTube star in the Florida bout next month and his father believes that the clash makes sense from both a business and sporting perspective.

Fury said: "Listen, Tommy's getting paid more money for this than some world champions. He's getting paid in the millions, so if we get millions for getting wet we're gonna do it, because it's good business.

"If he's on his game, Tommy, and he's firing on all four cylinders. Easy night's work, easy money and the winner goes on to bigger and better things. We'll get the brother out the game as well, then we'll start looking at conventional titles for him."

John suggested that a victory for his son could lead to a fight against Jake's brother Logan Paul but he feels his son will show his boxing prowess in the fight.

He said: "A brother is gonna wanna redeem another brother isn't he. When he knocks Jake Paul out, the brother's gonna wanna take his part ain't he. But I don't think so because the hiding Tommy's gonna give Jake Paul, the other brother won't be interested either."

Jake recently vowed to embarrass the Fury family by defeating Tommy in his first bout against a professional boxer.

Taking to Twitter last week, he said: "1 month to go until December 18th and a complete embarrassment of the Fury family.

"Mark your calendars now to witness history in Tampa (sic)."
