Tommy Fury confident of beating Jake Paul in the first round

Tommy Fury has vowed to knock out Jake Paul in one round.

The pair are set to meet in a grudge fight next month and Tommy has vowed to settle the bout quickly as he is a true fighter rather than a YouTube star.

In a bad-tempered press conference with his rival on Wednesday (24.11.21), Fury said: "Talking doesn't win fights. I'm not engaged in all this because I don't care.

"I'm not using Instagram because I don't care.

"When he jumps through the ropes he will realise that I'm not a YouTuber."

Fury claimed that Paul was scared when the pair attended the same party after their most recent fights.

He explained: "After our last fights on the same card, I rocked up with four people to his after-party.

"I saw him and what did he do? He didn't [do anything]. He sent a security man over to say: 'Please leave'.

"When he gets in the ring with me, he will find his level. He'll be out in the first round."

Paul hit back at Tommy - who was joined at the press conference by father John and brother Tyson - by suggesting that he has no boxing ability.

The social media star said: "He doesn't have a chin. He's never been hit hard by anybody.

"He has fought nobody. He couldn't crack an egg!"

Tyson Fury, who is acting as his younger sibling's trainer for the fight, suggested that Paul will be taught a lesson when the pair fight in Miami.

The heavyweight champion said: "Poor old Jake Paul will get severely knocked out.

"[Jake and Logan Paul] are not fighters. Tommy will knock him into next week."
