Juve keep tabs on midfielder Jack Wilshere

Juventus are keeping a close eye on Jack Wilshere's situation as the player could be ready to walk away from Arsenal.

The midfielder has proven his fitness and fought his way back into Arsene Wenger's first-team but there is a chance he will be playing his football elsewhere next season unless the Gunners increase the offer that is on the table.

Wilshere is angered by the fact Arsenal want him to take a 25 per cent pay cut on the £120,000 a week he is currently paid, and will take up an offer from elsewhere if they do not raise their offer.

There is no shortage of interest in Wilshere with Juve keen to take him to Italy, should they fail to lure Emre Can from Liverpool, and would no doubt be willing to match his wage demands.

AC Milan are also keen, while he could stay in the Premier League, with both Everton and West Ham keeping tabs on the situation.

Reports claim that Wilshere wants to stay with the Gunners and will give them one last chance to increase their offer before he actively looks to get fixed up elsewhere.

The fact that Wilshere is also back in the England fold boosts his chances of getting what he wants and a ticket to the World Cup in Russia will further strengthen his case for a new deal on the terms he is after.
