Liverpool ready to make changes for Stoke visit

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is expected to rotate his squad for Saturday's visit of Stoke ahead of the second leg against Roma.

The Reds have one foot in the Champions League final after a 5-2 win over the Giallorossi at Anfield in midweek but Klopp seems set to tinker with his starting line-up regardless.

Roma recovered from a three-goal deficit to dump out Barcelona in the previous round, and Klopp will not want to risk his key men ahead of the second leg of their semi-final meeting in Italy on Wednesday.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is definitely missing after suffering a season-ending knee injury in the first leg, while Adam Lallana, Joel Matip and Emre Can remain sidelined.

Sadio Mane is unlikely to feature after picking up a knock in midweek and Mohamed Salah may be rested with an eye on the trip to his former club on Wednesday.

Forward Danny Ings and defender Alberto Moreno are among the players who could come into Liverpool's side for the early kick off on Saturday.
