The F1 legend has had a challenging time during his debut season with the Prancing Horse but will leave no stone unturned as he bids to turn the Italian team into champions again.
Hamilton said ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix on Sunday (27.07.25): "It is a huge organisation with a lot of moving parts and not all of them are firing on all cylinders like they need to be.
"I feel like it's my job to challenge every area. To challenge everyone in the team, particularly those at the top."
Ferrari haven't won the world drivers' championship since 2007 and Hamilton suggested that the drivers aren't completely to blame for the drought – as great racers such as Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen have all driven in the famous red cars during the intervening period.
The seven-time world champion said: "The team have had amazing drivers – Kimi, Fernando, Sebastian – and yet they didn't win a title with Ferrari.
"I refuse for that to be the case with me, that's why I am going the extra mile. If you take the same path, you get the same results."
The British driver explained that he has written documents for Ferrari's leadership explaining areas where improvement is required and has received "great responses" for his work.
Hamilton said: "There have been great responses. There are lots of improvements that need to be made, but (they're) very responsive and I'm trying to create allies within the organisation.
"I'm here to win. It's crunch time for me and I truly believe in the potential of this team, I believe they can win multiple championships moving forward. That's my sole goal."
