The Red Devils' left wingback - who joined the club in February 2025 - has claimed the club are aiming high, despite finishing last season 15th in the league, having not won the competition since the 2012/13 campaign.
As quoted by BBC Sport, Dorgu said: "One hundred percent we are aiming to win the Premier League.
"We are Manchester United, so that's always going to be our goal."
The 20-year-old defender was speaking before United drew 1-1 with Fulham at Craven Cottage.
It left them with one point from the opening two games, but the team's performance in the season openening 1-0 loss to Arsenal still gave everyone cause for optimism.
As well as a £50 million revamp of the club's Carrington training ground, the squad has been bolstered by the arrivals of forwards Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko.
Fans are more hopeful this year, and Dorgu is feeling that same emotion.
He added: "The facilities help. I think new signings have helped as well. They bring a lot of good energy and quality into the group.
"Everyone has a point to prove this season. We need to get back to Europe, so we need to stick together, be happy and positive and try to do what the coach asks."
While Dorgu has set his sights on winning the league, United - and manager Ruben Amorim - have made it clear getting back into Europe is the aim.
He recently said: "I know this is very far from where we finished last season, but this is Manchester United. We must return to Europe.
"This club has something money can’t buy: pedigree, history, and fans. We have money even without the Champions League.
"Considering all this, we will be able to get back to where we belong if we change the culture."
