No draw worries for Warren Gatland

Wales head coach Warren Gatland says his side will not be daunted by Six Nations trips to England and Ireland.

Wales open their account at home to Scotland and then travel to champions England in the second round of matches before a trip to Dublin in round three, with their final two matches taking place in Cardiff.

It is arguably a tough set of fixtures for Gatland's side but the New Zealander insists he is happy to face the English and Irish away from home.

"People are saying it is the hardest draw with England and Ireland away," he told the Sunday Telegraph. "I think it is the easiest draw. I like having the three blue teams at home and just the two away.

"They are tough, but they are games you feel you have a chance on your day of doing well against teams we have had success against in the past.

"Our Six Nations record since I have been involved is nearly 75 per cent. We have had a lot of success away from home."
