Gerrard targets signing another Liverpool youngster
Gerrard has not been shy in turning to his former club in the transfer market since being appointed Rangers manager last summer, with the likes of Ryan Kent and Ovie Ejaria having spent time on loan last season, while Sheyi Ojo has already linked up for the current campaign. It now appears attacking midfielder Kane could be the latest player to swap Anfield for Ibrox on a temporary basis, with Gerrard having already made enquiries regarding his availability. The duo previously worked together during Gerrard's time in charge of Liverpool's under-18s, while Kane has already cut his teeth out on loan following a successful spell with League One outfit Doncaster last season. Rangers are not the only club said to be interested in signing Kane, who has been left out of Liverpool's travelling squad for their pre-season tour of America, with a loan move seeming a more than likely option for the 20-year-old.
