The new tracker tags - set to compete with Tile and Samsung's own SmartTag Bluetooth trackers - are small devices to help find lost items includes keys, bags and more through the Find Me app.
The tech giant's round disks can be attached to anything you want, before transmitting a signal to a gadget - such as an iPad or iPhone - to reveal the location.
The devices are set to launch on April 30, according to Apple's engineering program manager Carolyn Wolfman-Estrada, and they'll cost £29, or $29 for US customers.
She added that they are designed to "track items not people", and pointed to rotating identifiers and audible alerts as features to protect privacy.
AirTags will be compatible with all devices which contain the U1 chip, which includes 2019's iPhone 11 and later models.
