Google Pixel 4 and more unveiled at Made By Google Event

Google unveiled the Pixel 4 and more at the Made By Google Event on Tuesday (15.10.19).

The new smartphone range will officially go on sale on October 24 and boasts improved facial recognition technology, a second camera lens, motion-sensing technology, Motion Sense3, to switch apps or even skip songs with needed to touch the device, and much more.

The smartphone comes in at $799 (£669), whilst the Google Pixel 4 XL is priced at $899 (£829).

A new Google Assistant was also teased.

It will soon be easier to open apps, search your phone, share what's on your screen, and much more.

A new Pixelbook Go and Google Pixel Buds have also been confirmed.

The Chromebook first introduced back in 2017, is just 13mm thin, and has a starting price of $649.

It comes with all of the features of the original but with an "even bigger battery and 13.3 inch touchscreen", plus it comes in two colours.

Whilst the new Pixel Buds will be available in the US next year, priced at $179, with an option of four colours; Clearly White, Oh So Orange, Quite Mint and Almost Black.

They will of course be linked up to the Google Assistant and also "isolate the loud outside noises", whilst also making you aware of your surroundings.
