The theme park is now allowing guests to purchase food and drinks throughout the park for a single price, with passes available online or at certain in-park restaurants.
The pass, which starts at $64.75 per pass, includes two Entrée items, and four sides, snacks, desserts or beverages.
Guests will be able to see which items are eligible for the offer with a Dining Pass logo featured on menu boards.
In a statement, Executive Chef Julia Thrash said of the menu: "We take enormous pride in preparing an eclectic menu for our guests and want our food offerings to be as exciting as the rides and attraction."
There are some restrictions for the pass, as Universal notes items priced $25 or more aren't included.
Also omitted from the pass are alcoholic drinks, Starbucks, Coca-Cola Freestyle, and food and drinks at retail and merchandise locations, and Universal CityWalk Hollywood.
Other restrictions include those placed on souvenir or collectible items, special events or promotions, candy.
The Dining Pass is only valid on the day you select, and it will be activated upon first use.
Meanwhile, Theme Park Insider editor Robert Niles noted that Universal's menu means guests could conceivably choose two entrees and four sides, desserts or drinks, and spend less than $64.75.
