The park is slated to open in Kempston Hardwick, Bedford, England, in 2031 and new planning documents submitted to the UK's Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government have detailed some of the main attractions which could be included - such as a rollercoaster standing "115m above ground level".
This would dwarf the UK's current tallest rollercoaster - Hyperia at Thorpe Park which stands at 72 metres - and the new ride could potentially be taller than Europe's biggest coaster, Red Force at Spain's PortAventura World which clocks in at 112 metres.
The application states: "The maximum height of a structure ... such as a rollercoaster, within the area of the Core Zone which allows the tallest structures, would be 115m above ground level."
The plans also reveal possible ride examples including a Men in Black experience and a Jurassic Park themed water ride.
The park will be split into four main areas - Core Zone, Lake Zone, West Gateway Zone and the East Gateway Zone - and is expected to pull in 8.5 million visitors a year and 55,000 visitors per day at peak times during the park's first phase.
The plans were submitted by parent company Universal Destinations Experiences - which is part of part of Comcast NBCUniversal - and they will need to wait for planning permission to be granted by Special Development Order in order to start construction in 2026 ahead of a planned 2031 opening.
The plans also include spaces for parades and displays, entertainment venues such as theatres, cinemas and nightclubs as well as exhibition spaces, art galleries and museums.
There will be several hotels on site as well as a conference centre and a transport hub with a shuttle bus service to the nearest train station.
The plans also include room for 7,106 car parking spaces, 100 coach parking spaces and 250 cycle spaces.
Opening hours will be from between 9am to 9pm every day.
