The 22-year-old sportswoman believes the relationship she has with her teammates offers them a unique bond which they wouldn’t find anywhere else.
She told Britain’s HELLO! Magazine: “I love how you can talk to anyone.
“I’ve made lifelong friends through football.
“When you step on the pitch, you can feel that energy, these are friendships you can’t make anywhere else.”
Grace – who scored on her debut for the Lionesses in February last year – has “goosebumps” over being included in England’s squad for the current Euro 2025 tournament.
She said: “I went to the last one as a fan and it gives me goosebumps to think about the world watching me represent my country in the best way I can.
“It’s my biggest dream to win the Euros.”
Grace recently admitted she was “so happy” when Celin Bizet signed for her club Manchester United last September.
She told Match magazine: “I was just so happy when she signed for Man United. I was buzzing.
“It makes such a difference having your best friend here. We’ve made so many memories together but we’ve also got each other’s back through anything, so it’s really nice.”
And away from the pitch, Grace and Celin like coming up with ideas for TikTok posts.
Grace said: “We’ve got ideas! Celin’s head is the notebook. She comes to me, ‘What about this one?’ Yeah, OK, let’s do it!’ ”
